Build a Study Routine You Can Keep

A useful study routine is not the most crowded timetable. It is a plan you can return to consistently, even when a week becomes busy.

Start with a short weekly review

Write down your subjects, upcoming tests and topics that feel difficult. Choose a few priorities for the week instead of trying to revise everything at once.

Make each session specific

Replace a broad task such as “study Biology” with an action you can finish: review one topic, answer a set of questions, or explain a concept from memory. Clear tasks make it easier to begin and to notice when you are done.

Leave room for practice and rest

Alternate focused review with question practice. Short breaks help you reset, and a little flexibility makes a routine more sustainable than a tightly packed plan.

Review and adjust

At the end of the week, note what worked and where you need more time. A study plan is a tool, not a test of discipline. Change it as your needs change.

Start with a manageable routine, then build from what you can keep doing.
